Description:


Performs a variety of administrative and project related functions in order to assist the Director of Physician Compensation with the development and implementation of Physician Compensation initiatives, physician salary administration, special projects, maintenance and tracking of departmental records (i.e.: physician payments/reimbursements) used in day to day business operations. Estimated pay range for this position is $20.10 - $24.32 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:


Bachelors Additional Qualifications: Minimum 2 years working in a project oriented environment and completing a variety of administrative tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point is required. This job requires superior attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, highly developed interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication, and strong problem-solving skills. Incumbent must be able to work in a team environment, have a strong customer service ethic, and have the ability to work effectively under the pressure of ongoing deadlines independently. Able to work independently with only general guidance on a wide variety of special projects and assignments. Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years
