Description:

The Spine coordinator ensures quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the Spine service lines and is responsible for program assessments, planning, performance improvement, staff and patient education, pre-hospital education, and community outreach needed. The Spine coordinator works in a multidisciplinary role to promote quality in clinical practice for the spine population with the goal of providing superior quality, competitive value and outstanding service to patients, families and community. The Spine Coordinator is responsible for community outreach activities, daily operations of the program and coordination with team members for project development. Estimated salary range for this position is $85196.80 - $113311.74 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:

BSN Degree, FL RN License, BLS, ACLS. 

Nursing experience in caring for neuroscience patients, including spine, in either critical care or emergency room or spine/pain programs required. Experience as a program coordinator or team leader required. 3 years minimum experience required.
